Darby Park Restroom Phase 1

Brief: Demolition, site work, and new construction of a playground/park / athletic field in Inglewood, California.Demo interior of the existing restroom to convert to a storage facility, demo existing wading pool, and construct new restroom building.

Construction of Pymatuning State Park - Rehabilitate State Park Campground Facilities
Location: Inglewood, CA.
Brief: Renovation of a playground/park / athletic field in Linesville, Pennsylvania. The project involves the rehabilitation of the park’s infrastructure, amenities, and campsites. The work generally includes well pump installation, rehabilitation of buildings/water tower/pump stations, installation of water piping, repair and installation of sewerage piping, installation of all required electrical / controls, installation of pre-fabricated buildings, resurfacing of all roads, installation of boat ramp, and installation of a fishing pier.

Brief: Constructing a 52,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. The manufacturing space is divided into (4) separate divisions; cabinetry, millwork, finishing, and a climate controlled shipping department.

Brief: They needed to extend the project by adding 92,363 square foot to the existing structure. The method of construction used was Tilt Up construction.
